CAORLE è una cittadina poliedrica dove mare e spiaggia si mescolano alla storia e alle tradizioni.
Situata sul mare Adriatico tra Venezia e Trieste, Caorle è stata fondata almeno duemila anni fa,
come testimonia lo storico veneziano Trino Bottani (1811) quando afferma che la flotta romana vi stazionava
'prima degli anni di Cristo 238' e come dimostrano i molti reperti di epoca romana trovati nel suo territorio e in fondo al mare.

Il porto peschereccio si incastona nel vecchio centro storico trasformato in zona pedonale: antiche case dipinte con tenui colori pastello,
tra calli e campielli, ricordano la vocazione veneziana della cittadina contribuendo a creare una soffusa atmosfera magica.
La chiesa della Madonna dell'Angelo, che sorge sulla scogliera a mare, ricorda l'anima marinara degli abitanti di Caorle che da secoli vivono di pesca.

Caorle ist eine vielseitige Stadt, weil sich das Meer und der Strand in der Geschichte und den Traditionen verschmilzt.
Sie liegt an der Adria zwischen Venedig und Triest und wurde vor 2000 Jahren gegründet. Der venezianische Historiker Trino Bottani (1811) bestätigt,
dass in der Geschichte die römische Flotte im Jahre 238 vor Chr. hier stationiert war, was die vielen römischen Funde in Caorle und im Meer bewiesen haben.

Der Fischerhafen liegt in der Altstadt, die heute eine Fußgängerzone geworden ist. Die alten Häuser in lebhaften Pastellfarben,
die sich in den Gassen und Plätzchen (Calli und Campielli) befinden, erinnern an die venezianische Tradition der Stadt und sie haben
eine besonders zauberhafte Atmosphäre. Die Kirche der Madonna dell'Angelo, die an der Ostspitze der Promenade liegt,
ist das Seesymbol für die Einwohner von Caorle, die seit vielen Jahrhunderten vom Fischfang leben.

record the love of fishing of the seafaring people from Caorle.
